I bought a small dry erase board to hang on my dorm door. I recently made some little magnet signs to hang on it (out, in, etc). I used superglue to attach the magnet to the little signs I made and then stuck them on my board. Somehow, without getting any glue on the board, the superglue (at least I think it was the superglue) left these small areas on the board that are a bit rough feeling. When I write over these spots, I can’t erase the marker, or it’ll just smear and leave a black smudge.
(This only happened when I first made the little signs. Anytime I use them now, they don’t leave any new spots.)
I’ve tried rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, soap and water, and lysol wipes. Nothing worked.
Is there anything I can do to clean my board, or am I just stuck with these spots until I buy a new board?
